What an exciting time we had last week at Cory Pickos World Ski Center in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. We met Regina Jaquess, a world class champion water skier. What an amazing young woman! Not only is she a championship skier but she's hard at work in her second year of pharmacy school. Regina has won over 70 medals in International competition and is the only person in the history of collegiate sking to hold records in all three (slalom, trick and jump) events. And, guess what? I got a lesson from Regina....
Cory Pickos is also a water ski champion and runs the Cory Pickos Ski School. He showed us some of his tricks but we were'nt about to try some of his twists and turns!
